Paul joined the Fleet Industry working for NatWest Group Vehicle Services. Moving to Pendragon Contracts he was responsible for developing Residual Value Policy and Ad Hoc projects including analysis relating to the formation of a daily rental company.
Paul spent five years with Sovereign Finance plc (the Asset Finance division of Alliance and Leicester) in a number of roles. Since the closure of Sovereign Fleet Services in 2003 Paul has worked for a number of clients, espeically Contract Hire Companies and Brokers.
Upon leaving Sovereign Paul spent a year with Chevin Fleet Solutions in Belper working with their high profile clients to implement Chevin's internet based Fleet Management Software (FleetWave).
Since leaving Chevin to join Millbrook Paul has worked on a range of projects for clients such as Velo, JCT600 Contracts and County Leasing.

Andrew was IT Manager for NatWest Group Vehicle Services from its inception in 1995 and oversaw the merger with British Car Contracts which created Lombard Vehicle Management.
Andrew moved on from Lombard to hold a number of senior positions within Capital One Bank based in Nottingham.
Since leaving Capital One in 2004 he has worked on projects for a number of organisations within the Motor Industry including National Car Rental, The Funding Corporation and Allen Ford Group.

Mark was the first commercial employee within Caterpillar's Leicestershire plant to be trained in 6 Sigma.
He is qualified in both DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control) and DMEDI (Define, Measure, Explore, Develop and Implement), equivalent to (DFSS).
After early experience in Germany working for companies including Robert Bosch GmbH and in the US with companies such as Gillette and MCI Mark spent several years with a successful Design Consultancy in the North of England.
At Monroe Shock Absorbers Mark was initially responsible for the North East District, but was promoted after leading a very successful reversal in the company's fortunes.. Moving on to JCB he was the first Export Sales Manager for JCB Attachments at a time when JCB was awarded the Queen's Award for Export.
Mark spent almost 3 years with the Allen Group Ltd - a World Leader in Commercial Vehicle Components before joining Caterpillar in 2001. .
